Rob Garbutt
Group Chief Executive Officer
Rob is one of the Lunar Group founding partners, he has over 20 years experience as an online technology and telecommunications executive.
Before founding Lunar, Rob was an equity holder at LDEX Group Ltd which was sold to Iomart PLC in 2018 and UK Grid Group Ltd which was sold to Telecity Group in 2011.
Rob has additionally taught Bioinformatics at Leeds University.
Patrick Doyle
Group Chair / Investor
Patrick is a Lunar Group co-founder who has 20 years of experience in networks and communications, including seven years in management.
Patrick previously worked alongside Rob at LDEX Group Ltd and UK Grid Group Ltd and has additionally held positions at major organisations including ICL (now Fujitsu) and BBC Worldwide.
Mark Sedgley
Managing Director
Mark is a co-founder of Lunar Digital. He has over ten years of management experience in the data centre and telecommunications industries.
Prior to joining Lunar Digital in November 2022, Mark worked at Iomart, LDeX Group and Metronet (UK).

Charlie Appleby
Chief Technology Officer
Co-founder of Lunar Digital and Lunar Blockchain. Charlie is an experienced c-suite CTO with a track record spanning 30 years, across multiple continents and industries.
Charlie has led the IT function across a number of listed and private organisations within construction, finance, pharma, FMCG, logistics, airlines and fast-food industries.

Alastair Clegg
Head Of Sales
Alastair joined Lunar Digital to expand the sales team with a view of delivering business critical services to our customers. He has over ten years of strategic, consultative sales experience across a number of verticals.
Prior to joining Lunar Digital in September 2022, Alastair worked at Iomart, Daisy Corporate Services, Alternative Networks and Metronet (UK).
Tom Hall
Legal Counsel
Tom is a highly experienced corporate lawyer, making partner at Pannone Corporate LLP in 2014 where he still maintains a position.
Specialising in mergers & acquisitions, private equity and venture capital transactions, debt and equity, reorganisations, restructuring and corporate governance, Tom is highly regarded in his field and a welcome member of the team.
Steven Lindsay
Corporate Finance Advisor
Steven is our Corporate Finance advisor specialising in fund-raising, acquisitions and disposals in the digital sector.
Steven has a huge breadth of corporate finance experience obtained through multiple roles within the banking sector, London Stock Exchange and his time at Ernst & Young.
